Edith Patrick Jobe, 71, 6 Parwood Court, Johnson City, died Wednesday, April 5, 2006 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Jobe was a native of Sullivan County and had lived most of her life in Washington County. She was a daughter of Nannie Myers Patrick, Gray and the late Noah Patrick. Two brothers, J.C. Patrick and Howard Patrick, preceded Mrs. Jobe in death. She was a former employee of Mason Dixon and A&L Construction Companies and King Pharmaceuticals. Mrs. Jobe was a member of Clark Street Baptist Church. In addition to her mother, Mrs. Jobe is survived by her husband, Bobby Jobe; two sisters, Mary Crowe and her husband, Don, Johnson City and Arliss Isenberg and her husband Clinton, Gray; four sisters-in-law, Louise Patrick, Gray, Jackie Self and her husband, Gene, FL, Debbie Koehler and her husband, Paul, Atlanta, GA and June Hall and her husband, Jim, Kingsport and several very special nieces and nephews. A funeral service for Mrs. Jobe will be conducted at 8 PM Friday, April 7, 2006 from the Morris-Baker Funeral Home South Chapel. Reverend William H. Dingus will officiate. Entombment services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, April 8, 2006 at Washington County Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from the family. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 PM Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Johnson City Children?s Hospital, 400 N State of Franklin Road, Johnson City, TN 37604
