Judy Skeen

Mrs. Judy Skeen, 50, 515 Jack Hill Road, Unicoi, passed away Thursday December 9, 2010 at her residence. Mrs. Skeen was a native of Johnson City. She was the daughter of Pat Blackburn Nordan and the late James Taylor Blackburn, Sr. Mrs. Skeen was an employee of CenturyLink for nine years. She was a member of Grace Fellowship Baptist Church. Survivors include: her loving husband of seventeen years, David Skeen of the home; one brother, James Taylor Blackburn, Jr. of Johnson City; one sister, Sheila Barnes of Johnson City; several nieces and nephews. The funeral service for Mrs. Judy Skeen will be conducted at 8 PM Wednesday, December 15, 2010 in the Morris-Baker North Chapel. Rev. Jerry Carmichael will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday prior to the service.
