Wincie Mae Whitson

Wincie Whitson, 64, Erwin, TN passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017 in the Unicoi County Long Term Care, Erwin. She was born June 10, 1952 in Erwin, TN to the late Floyd Braden and Mary Virginia Harris. Wincie was a homemaker and a loving, caring mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend who will be in our hearts forever. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by great grandchildren, Maddex and Mitchell Patten. She is survived by: four daughters, Tammy Patten and husband Richard, Destiny Whitson and Michael Graham, Elizabeth Silvers and husband Roger, and Christina Whitson; two sons, David Hampton and wife Shirley and Dallas Whitson and wife Danielle, all of Erwin; two sisters, Wanda Turley and husband Doug, of Branchland, WV, and Winona McLaughlin, of Erwin; one brother, Rick and wife Beverly, of Erwin; 14 grandchildren, Allen Patten and wife Rebecca, Brandon Patten and wife Amber, Robbie Patten, Michael Patten, Christopher Hampton and Erica White, Hunter Hampton, Summer Hampton, Logan Hampton, Austin Ingram, Jacob Ingram, Makenzie Huskins, Ayden Whitson, Peyton Falkenstein, and Ethan Falkenstein; and six great grandchildren, Gabriel, Travis, Emily, Aubri Patten, and Mason Ingram. The family would like to thank special friends: Ralph ?Rabbit' Higgins, Michael and April Hampton, Marsha Poore, Donna Foster, Erin and Chris Deicke, Shawna Allen, and April and Michael Hampton, and give a special thanks to Karon Sherington.
