Alfred Frank Rigsby

Alfred 'Frank'? Rigsby, 69, of Gray, passed away Monday, November 10, 2008 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a son of the late, Hurley and Ina Kathryn Rector Rigsby. Mr. Rigsby was born in Washington County, TN. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Hurley Rigsby, Jr. Ernest 'Buck Rigsby and Jimmy Rigsby and sister, Velma Clouse.He was a member of Heritage Baptist Church and had worked as a mechanist for AFG Industries in Kingsport. Survivors include; one daughter, Marcy Ann Rigsby Combs and her husband Phillip Lee, their children Phillip Austin and Kohlden Lee, all of Bluff City, one son, Mark Franklin Rigsby and his wife Angela Dawn and their children Seth Hurley and Sophia Kathryn all of Greenback, TN ; five sisters, Pauline Busbee of Jonesborough, Margie Harwood of Garland, TX, Evelyn Harwood of Gray, Phyllis Francis of Columbia, S.C. and Sarah Bell Ballard of Grande Seline, TX; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral Services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 13, 2008 in the Morris-Baker North Chapel. Mr. Jim Richmond will officiate. Burial services will be conducted at 11:00 am, Friday from the Monte Vista Memorial Park. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home by 10:45 a.m., Friday and proceed to the cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
