Angela Jewel Hobbs, age 37, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2011 in the Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Hobbs was born in Johnson City, daughter of Tim Littleton and Marcie Hill Littleton. She was co-owner of Inspire Hair Color Studio where she pursued her creative passion of hairstyling and was loved by her clients both for her talent as well as her warm personality. She was able to light up any room and had a witty sense of humor. The day will never be as bright for those who knew and loved her. Mrs. Hobbs was preceded in death by her grandmother, Bernadine Hill, and uncle, Michael Hill. She is survived by her loving husband, Ronnie Hobbs; and darling children: son, Skylar Hobbs and daughter, Kendall Hobbs, both of the home whom she considered her greatest accomplishments; dedicated family members including father and mother, Tim and Marcie Littleton, of Johnson City, TN; one brother, James Murray and wife Rebecca, of Fort Riley, KS; grandfather, Robert Hill, of Johnson City, TN; mother and father-in-law, Ronnie and Dorothy Hobbs, of Jonesborough, TN; sister-in-law, Angie Orcutt and husband Matt, of Jonesborough, TN; two special friends, Brandy Miller, of Johnson City, and Tammy OHare, of Erwin, TN; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held at Barnett Cemetery with Pastor David Burrell officiating. Pallbearers will be Shane OHare, Mike Miller, James Murray, Chris Tipton, Mike Hicks, and Brandon Hicks. In lieu of flowers, a College Trust Fund will be set up for son Skylar Hobbs and daughter, Kendall Hobbs. All donations can be sent to 101 Greenlee Rd. Johnson City TN, 37601 in care of Tim and Marcie Littleton until a fund can be established.
