Anna Faye Stanley

Anna Faye Stanley, 68, 154 Sheffield Circle, Gray, died Monday, November 26, 2007 at her residence. Mrs. Stanley was a Jackson, KY native and had lived in Gray for the past few years. She was a daughter of the late Charles and Georgia Lawson Overbee. One brother, Charles Overbee, preceded Mrs. Stanley in death. She attended Victory Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter, Angie Carr, Gray; son-in-law, Rob Davis, Gray; one son, Ron Stanley, Johnson City; five sisters, Dean Caudill, Ruth Hammonds, Margie Caudill, Deb Overbee and Jo Overbee all of KY; one brother, Johnny Overbee, KY; two granddaughters, Mindy Roberts and her husband, Danny, Kingsport and Hannah Stanley, Johnson City and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service for Mrs. Stanley will be held at 1:30 PM Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at Washington County Memory Gardens. Reverend Gary Hodges will officiate. Pallbearers will be Bob Hammonds, Danny Roberts, Rob Davis and Johnny Overbee. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
