Armando Enriquez

April 28, 1945 — June 22, 2012

Mr. Armando Enriquez, age 67, of New Tazewell, Tn., passed away, June 22, 2012, in the Claiborne County Hospital. Mr. Enriquez was a native of Mexico. He was the son of the late Ernesto and Esdelda Enriquez. In addition to his parents one brother, Ernesto Enriquez, also preceded him in death. Mr. Enriquez was a U.S. Army veteran. He was of the catholic faith. All who truly knew him loved Armando. He was loving, caring, perfectionist with a generous heart. Engineering was the love of his life. The harder the job the more he seemed to like it, but he never brought it home with him. Family was very dear to him. Just being near family made him happy and peaceful. He did his best to make those around him feel welcome, happy and even confused. He was a jokester, dancer, life of the party, and king of the castle. Judging people was to be left to God. Life is short, live and enjoy today. Who knows about tomorrow. I love you was said often, selling out wasnt his style, hardheaded, persistence was. He stuck to his principles. All should have been lucky enough to know him. His true self left us in 2006 due to an accident. God gave him peace June 22. He is very loved and missed. Survivors include his loving wife of thirty-seven years, Carol Johnson Enriquez; one daughter, Barbara Cocolisa Enriquez; two sons, Paul Enriquez and his wife Katie and Douglass Enriquez and his wife Misty; two brothers, Saul Enriquez and Rene Enriquez; three sisters, Josie Ochoa, Estelda Floress and Blanca Dolezal; five grandchildren, D.J.
