Barbara Anna Rudnick

Barbara Anna Rudnick, age 46, 1009 Lincoln Avenue, Johnson City, died Sunday, October 7, 2012 at her home. She was born in Hammond, IN a daughter of the late Waclaw Bartoszuk and Anna Patocka Bartoszuk. Ms. Rudnick was a graduate of Purdue University and was a IT Computer Technician. Survivors include: her mother, Anna Bartoszuk of Johnson City, TN; her brother, Richard Bartoszuk, Johnson City, TN. A memorial service for Ms. Barbara Anna Rudnick will be held at 3:00pm Saturday, October 13, 2012 in the Morris Baker Funeral Home North Chapel with Deacon Mike Jacobs. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, PO Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265.
