Barbara Jean Sauvey

Barbara J. Sauvey, 85, of Lakeside, Ohio, died Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of Berlin Heights, Ohio, daughter of the late Harold O. and Josephine Louise Green Hast. Barbara was an executive secretary involved with a non-profit association. She was affiliated with the West Market Street United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, her husbands, Alfred D. Peirce and LeRoy D. Sauvey, preceded her in death. Survivors include: her two daughters and sons-in-law, Judith and Rick Klotz of Norwalk, Ohio and Jan and Steve Butler of Johnson City; a grandson and his wife, Eric C. and Amy Klotz of Nolensville, TN; a great grandson, Zachary R. Klotz also of Nolensville, TN. A memorial service is scheduled for: Saturday, October 29, 2011 at the West Market Street United Methodist Church, under the direction of Steve Butler. This service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Mrs. Sauvey will be interred in Ohio at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross of Ottawa County, 1854 E.
