Barbara Gray Radice

Barbara Gray Radice, age 73 of Piney Flats, TN passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024 surrounded by her family at home. Barbara is survived by her husband of 54 years, David Radice; daughters, Dawn (and Robert) Gifford, and Tammy Radice; 9 grandchildren; mother, Patricia Gray, and 9 siblings. She was preceded in death by her father, Edwin Gray and her grandparents.

Barbara earned a Master of Science in Nursing and had a lengthy career. She started working as a labor and delivery nurse until she went on to management and eventually became one of the VP’s of Sharp Healthcare. She worked as the CIO of San Diego Hospice as well. Barbara was also a Real Estate agent and Broker with her husband. Barbara attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church and was a devout Christian. Barbara’s passions include Master Gardening; playing her harp, piano, and base guitar; watercolors; quilting; sewing; cooking, and most of all being with her family.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 3, 2024, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Morris-Baker Funeral home. A rosary will begin immediately following at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 12:30pm at St. Mary’s Catholic Church 2211 E Lakeview Dr, Johnson City, TN 37601, a graveside committal service will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 2:00 pm in Monte Vista Memorial Park.
