Billie Louise Rogers

Billie Louise Rogers, 82, Johnson City, went to be with the Lord, Monday, September 14, 2009 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Rogers was a native of Dallas, Texas, and had lived in Johnson City for the past thirty years. She was a daughter of the late William and Ethel Mitchell. Mrs. Rogers was a retired office manager in the insurance industry and was a recent manager of Silver Creek Apartments, in Johnson City. She was a member of Southwestern Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Milton 'Mel'? Rogers; two daughters, Susan 'Rogers'? McMichael, Sierra Vista, AZ and Robin 'Rogers'? Georgioff, Portland, OR; five grandchildren, Laura McMichael Bonham and Diana McMichael Aaron both of Raleigh, NC, Morgan Georgioff, Samuel Georgioff and Mitchell Georgioff all of Portland, OR; four great grandchildren, Mckenna Bonham, Connor Bonham, Jessalyn Bonham and Joshua Aaron all of Raleigh, NC, and one brother, Joe Mitchell, Albuquerque, NM. A memorial service for Mrs. Rogers will be held at 9:00 am Friday, September 18, 2009 from the Morris-Baker Funeral Home North Chapel. Reverend Christian Bonham will officiate.
