Billy Hank Whitson

Billy Hank Whitson, 49, of Johnson City, TN, died October 7, 2022, at the Johnson City Medical Center.

He was a native of Johnson City and a son of the late Billy and Mary Whitson.

Billy lived and worked construction in the Johnson City area and Florida

He was a member of Trinity Assembly of God, Johnson City.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his sister, Lorie Ann Hodges, and his brother, Faron Stevenson.

Billy is survived by: two sisters, Lisa Whitson, Rita (Jim) Sexton; three brothers, David Hodges, Steve (Tammy) Hodges, Marty Stevenson; his significant other, Aprile Carter; special friend, Angela Marich; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

The family of Billy Whitson will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the Trinity Assembly of God, 617 University Pkwy, Johnson City. The memorial service will follow at 7:00 pm Saturday with Pastor Ken Jeffries officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made directly to Morris-Baker Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
