Bobby Foster, 68, Johnson City, died Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Mr. Foster was a Unicoi County native and a son of the late Clinton and Helen Stockton Foster. Prior to his retirement, he worked as a roller operator with the Washington County highway department. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved to ride his Harley Davidson. In addition to his parents, Mr. Foster was preceded in death by a brother, Kenny Foster, and a sister, Sheirie Foster Minor. Survivors include: his wife of nearly fifty years, Diane Foster, of the home; son, William ?Buzzy' Foster, and his fianc?e April, Johnson City; grandson, Dalton Michael, Johnson City; granddaughter, Samantha Foster, Johnson City; brother, Larry Foster, Galveston, TX; brother-in-law, Cory Minor, Galveston, TX; daughter-in-law, April Bingham, Johnson City; special niece, Angie Foster Scott, Johnson City, nephew, Randy Foster, Johnson City; and his special dog, Princess. Mr. Foster was loved dearly by his family and he will be deeply missed. The family of Bobby Foster will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday, February 19th at Morris-Baker Funeral Home.
