Bobby Jack Tate

Bobby Jack “Jackie” Tate, Jr., 65 of Abingdon, VA, died Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at the Johnston Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Johnson City, son of the late Bobby Jack Tate, Sr and his late mother June Miller Tate.
Bobby loved to spend time fishing and he also enjoyed watching movies.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Richardson.
Those left to cherish her memory are three daughters, Brenda, Brandi and Betty; two aunts, Mildred Miles and Faye Arnett; several grandchildren and a great grandson; several cousins.
There will be a graveside service on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 12:00 pm in the Monte Vista Memorial Park under the direction of Rev. Mike Richards. Those wishing to attend my gather at the cemetery by 11:50 am.
