Bobby Ray Frazier

Bobby Ray Frazier, 70, Johnson City, passed away Monday, April 2, 2018, at Johnson City Medical Center. Bobby was born in Johnson City to the late Elmer and Evelyn Hale Frazier. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nursing staff on 4200 and 4500 at JCMC as well as all staff at the Regional Care Center for their care and compassion. In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by: his wife, Linda Ruth Taylor Frazier; two brothers, David and Edward Frazier; one sister, Una Mae Frazier; and four nephews, Hilyard Hicks, Harold Frazier, Terry Williams and Jimmy Graybeal. Survivors include: one daughter, Lisa Ann Frazier Campbell and her husband Jack; one brother, Johnny Frazier; one sister, Emma Lee Graybeal; one grandson, Nicholas Campbell; one granddaughter, Laney Campbell; and several nieces and nephews. The family of Bobby Ray Frazier will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM Thursday, April 5, 2018, at Rich Acres Free Will Baptist Church. The funeral will follow with Pastor Kenneth Grindstaff officiating. Pallbearers include: David Frazier, Brian Graham, Cory McGown, Hayden Graham, and Blake Workman. Family and friends are asked to meet at Roselawn Memorial Park immediately following the funeral for a 3:00 PM committal service.
