Brandon Lee Scalf

Brandon Lee Scalf, 14, 321 Thompson Hollow Road, died Sunday, December 3, 2006 at the Johnson City Medical Center from injuries sustained in an accident. He was born in Johnson City and had lived in Piney Flats most of his life. Brandon was a son of Richard Keith and Linda Marie Davis Scalf, Piney Flats and was preceded in death by his grandfather, Claude M. Davis, Sr. He was a student at Mary Hughes School and was involved in basketball and track. Brandon was also a hunter and outdoorsman. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Samuel Pat Scalf, Hampton, Irita and Charles Gurley, Bulls Gap; a special friend, Amanda; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. A funeral service for Brandon will be conducted at 8 PM Wednesday, December 6, 2006 from the Morris-Baker Funeral Home North Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 12 noon Thursday, December 7, 2006 at Roselawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home and at other times at the home of Samuel Pat Scalf, Rt. 2, Hampton, TN or at 2597 Huffine Circle, Johnson City, TN.
