Caolyn Ann Spurling

Carolyn Spurling, 63, Jonesborough, died Monday, March 3, 2008 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Spurling was a native of Greeneville, TN and had lived in Washington County for the past few years. She was a daughter of the late Afton and Mable Jones Brotherton and was preceded in death by one sister, Phyllis Grasham and one brother, James Brotherton. Mrs. Spurling was an employee of NHC Healthcare. Survivors include one daughter, Empress Spurling, Jonesborough; two nieces, Elizabeth Grasham and Lorie Grasham and two nephews, Maynard Grasham all of Washington and Scotty Brotherton, GA. A funeral service for Mrs. Spurling will be conducted at 3 PM Friday, March 7, 2008 from the Morris-Baker Funeral Home North Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until service time.
