Cecil Hobert Collins

September 1, 1956 — February 20, 2016

Cecil Hobert Collins, 59, of Johnson City, died Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native of Hawkins County, son of the late Veril and Hattie Mays Collins. Cecil was a retired employee in the salvage industry. In addition to his parents, his wife Kathy Ingram Collins and One brother preceded him in death. Survivors include: two daughters, Shannon Emfinger of the home and Melissa Collins of Tennessee; a brother, Roy Collins of Louisiana; four sisters, Anita Ridener of Kingsport, Betty Knapp of Ohio, Sharon Hodge of Kingsport and Lois Staton of Florida; two grandsons, Alvin J. and Matthew H. Emfinger; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at Morris-Baker Funeral Home, then leave in procession to Fall Branch Church of Christ Cemetery for a graveside service there at 2:00pm. Pastor Larry Campbell will preside. Pallbearers will be Norman Mathis, KB Berry, Jerry Collins, Shane Collins, Eric Clark and Josh Benji
