Survivors include: his mother, Angel Milhorn of the home; a sister Kelly Leonard; two brother, Brandon Leonard and Matthew Milhorn; his maternal grandfather, Bob Crum; four nephews, Greyson Fox, Ryland Fox, Isaac Leonard and Braylon Milhorn; two nieces, Isabella Frazier and Laiken Milhorn; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
