David Adam Stevens

David Adam Stevens, 25, of Johnson City, died Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at his residence. He was a native of Johnson City, son of Betty J. Richardson and David L. Stevens and his wife Teresa all of Johnson City. His paternal grandparents, Roy and Sarah Stevens and his maternal grandmother, Sylvia Jean Richardson, several aunts and uncles and a special friend, Butch Lowe, preceded David in death. Survivors including his parents are: two sisters, Sylvia Elizabeth Stevens and Hope Lynn Stevens; a brother, John Thomas Stevens; a niece, Haley Katherine Davis; his maternal grandfather, Johnny Richardson of Johnson City and two special friends, Rebecca Hefflin and Ray Strickland. A memorial service will be conducted on Sunday, November 7, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Y-Free Will Baptist Church, 1001 Antioch Road, Johnson City, TN 37604.
