David Ricks Rudolph, 55, of Bluff City, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2009 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center.He was a member of First Christian Church of Johnson City but was a member of Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church all during his childhood years.He was a son of the late James Charley Rudolph, Sr. , his mother and her husband, Madge Lewis and Conley E. Lewis of Bluff City .Other survivors include; his step mother, Audrey C. Rudolph of Hickory; one daughter, Alison Cohran and her husband David of Johnson City; one grandson, Patrick; one son, James C. Rudolph ,Jr.of Raleigh, NC; one step brother, Terry Lewis of Chapel Hill, NC; one step sister, Linda Dale Dininger, Black Mountain, NC; three half brothers, Danny Rudolph of Orlando, FL, John Rudolph of Hickory, NC and Terry Rudolph of Chapel Hill. Several nieces , nephews, aunts and uncles.Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 pm Sunday May 24, 2009 from the Morris Baker North Chapel. Pastor Mack Turner will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 until 3:00 pm on Sunday. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 508 Princeton Road, Johnson City, TN 37601.
