David William Wilson

David William Wilson, 70, of 652 Oak Grove Road, Gray, died Thursday, September 11, 2008 at his residence. He was a native of Los Angeles, California, son of the late Cecil Leroy and Thelma Merle Williams Wilson. David was a production manager in the pharmaceutical industry. David was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church. He had served in the U. S. Army in the Airborne. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Janice L. Wilson in 2007. Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, David 'Dave'? Wilson, II and Vicki of Gray and Joseph Kirby and Lilian Wilson of Monrovia, California; a daughter, Kimberly Ann Allphin of Gray; three sisters, Marlene Coverdale of Riverside, CA, Nancy Stanford of Ringwood, NJ and Lynn Lane of Denver, CO; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in the South Chapel of the Morris '' Baker Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at one. A committal service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. in the Mt. Home National Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be: Tony Iezzi, Dave Wilson, Jim Miller, Gene Crowder, Dan Farmer and Barry Hall.
