Dean L. Constant

Dean L. Constant, 62, of Jonesborough, died Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Johnson City Medical Center. Mr. Constant was a lifelong resident of Tennessee and a son of the late Marion Robert and Edna Lee Robinson Constant. Mr. Constant served in the U. S. Army National Guard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: three brothers, Steve, Tony, and James Constant; and one sister, Linda Constant. He is survived by: his wife of 37 years, Wanda Taber Constant; three daughters, Angela Wolfe, Christine Bowens, and Deanna Dykes; one son, Andrew Constant; five grandchildren, Kevin Ellis, Emily Bowens, Daniel Wolfe, Jesse Barnes, and Billy Dykes III; one sister, Lillian Constant; one niece, Charity Morris; and special friends Toni and Jerry Hughes. A funeral service is scheduled for Friday, November 29, 2013 at 7:00 PM in the Morris-Baker South Chapel. Dr. Jody Jenkins will officiate. Music will be provided by Jack Mosier. The family will receive friends at Morris-Baker Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until the time of service at 7:00 PM.
