She was a native of Washington County and the daughter of the late Albert Cable and Frances Arnold Cable Richardson. Debbie was of the Christian faith. Her career was mostly spent in sales in the retail industry. She worked in sales at American Water Heaters Co. for 18 years. For the past three years, she worked for Gold Rush. In addition to her parents, Debbie is preceded in death by her beloved companion and best friend, Rocket. Survivors include: step-father, Paul and his wife, Aunt Pearl Richardson; brother, Mark (fiancée Ashley Rose) Cable of Johnson City, TN.; sister, Sandra Cable (husband Gary) Crain of Johnson City, TN.; sister, Christy (fiancée James Osborne) Cable of Bluff City, TN.; nephews, Phoenyx Crain, Michael Austin, Jordan Austin, Zachary Cable; nieces, Danielle Crain, Destiny Cable, Brittany Cable, Kielie Cable, and Brianna Cable.
