Deborah B. Ledford

January 7, 1949 — December 2, 2017

Mrs. Deborah B. Ledford, 68, Elizabethton, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 2, 2017. Deborah was a life long resident of Elizabethton. Deborah loved fishing and her trips with her late husband, John Ledford, to Gatlinburg. She loved being in her garden of flowers. She also loved her doggie, Scooter, walking him at the covered bridge, feeding the geese. Deborah was CEO of Comfort Home Care Group that she retired from in 2005-2006. She was an ambassador for the state of Tennessee and a member of the Better Business Bureau. Deborah devoted herself to the love and care of her patients. Deborah was preceded in death by: her parents, Roberta ?Ba' Bashor and Earl Bashor; her husband, John Ledford; one brother, David Bashor; and one sister-in-law, Katie Bashor. Survivors include: one daughter, Rebecca Groves and her husband Casey Honeycutt; three grandsons, William Fox, Shannon Fox and wife Brandy, and Timothy Fox II and wife Heather; one son, Michael Archer and wife Angie; her daughters from the heart, Mary Hopcroft and husband Bill Hopcroft, and daughter Paisley, Amber Randall and husband Chris and their children Dallas and Cheyenne; one brother, Mark Bashor; one sister-in-law, Pam Bashor; brother and sister-in-law, Pete Ledford and Leonie; son-in-law, Timothy Fox I; and several nieces and nephews. Deborah took comfort in hearing her daughter sing. She loved going to karaoke and listening to everyone. Her favorite times were with Absolute Entertainment. We would like to thank Missy, Brian and Marcus for all the fun and laughs that were put in her heart and on her face at the shows.
