Dennis Ray Price

Dennis Ray Price, 76, Gray, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023, at Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, Tennessee.

Dennis was born in Kingsport, Tennessee to the late Troy and Tina Moore Price.

He was a member of Greenvale Baptist Church in Gray and taught a Sunday School class for several years. He was a Little League Coach and a Boy Scout Master. His years of dedicated involvement with the youth attributed to him being bestowed the title of Colonial Aid de Camp by the Governor of Tennessee. Dennis worked as a supervisor for Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport for 33 years.

Those remaining to cherish the memory of Dennis include: one son, Justin Price; and one grandson, Benjamin Franklin Price.

The family of Dennis Price will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 7:00 PM with Pastor Travis Schaffer officiating. The graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Washington County Memory Gardens. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:50 AM.
