Edgar Max Lambert

Edgar “Eddie” Max Lambert, 70, of Pisgah Forest, NC, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Johnson City Medical Center.

Eddie was born in Germany to the late Louise Spannmacher Lambert.

Eddie retired from DuPont after many years and began his own business, A-Plus Mobile Computers, and loved working on Volkswagens. When he wasn’t working, Eddie was often finding and fixing old Volkswagen vehicles.

In addition to his mother, Eddie was preceded in death by: his father, Carl Lambert; one brother, Robert Lambert; and his beloved dog, Max.
Survivors include: one brother, Ernie Lambert and his wife Sandy; nephews, John and his wife Lupe Lambert and Christopher and his wife Chelsea Lambert; nieces, Megan and Cody Kuykendall, Robin and Matt Strait and Carol and Wes Walker; and several great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the former Glady Branch Baptist Church, now known as One Church, 1156 Rosman Hwy., Brevard, NC 28712.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The ALS Association, North Carolina Chapter, 4 N. Blount St., Suite 200, Raleigh, NC 27601.
