Edward Kofi Sasa Lenox Buckman

Edward Buckman, 11, Johnson City, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2015 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born in Ghana, West Africa, and the son of Edward and Konah Buckman. Edward was a student at Liberty Bell Middle School. He loved all sports, but he was the most passionate about football and basketball. Edward played the chello and loved music. He was always dancing and smiling. In addition to his parents, Edward is survived by: three brothers, James Harmon, Prince Buckman and Caleb Buckman; one stepbrother, Frank M. Keller; two sisters, Princess and Franca Buckman; several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family of Edward Buckman will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Grace Fellowship Church. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Burial will take place in Ghana at a later date.
