Flora T. Broskey, 92, of Kingsport, died Friday, May 4, 2012 at the Graystone Health Care Center in Blountville. She was a native of Paragould, Arkansas, daughter of the late Thomas E. and Clara Adams Greenway. Flora was a homemaker, mother and grandmother and had served as a foster grandmother in her later years. She was a member of the Central Church of Christ in Johnson City. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Austin Broskey, two sisters, Vesta Roedel and Zepha Newcom; three brothers, Thomas, Mack and Jack Greenway. Flora is survived by: a daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Dr. L. A. Hamilton of Kingsport; three sisters, Francis Kendall of Bruceton, TN, Frankie Bramer of California and Louie Tackett of Bee Branch, AR; two grandsons, Paul Hamilton of Jonesborough and James Hamilton of Hiltons, VA; two granddaughters, Karen Stephens of Jonesborough and Deborah Vantine of Kingsport; nine great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the North Chapel of the Morris '? Baker Funeral Home under the direction of her grandson, Mr. James Hamilton. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until time of service at 7:00 pm. Mrs. Broskey will have a visitation on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at the Roller Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 W. Washington Ave., Jonesboro, AR 72401, from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. There will be a procession to the Nettleton Cemetery for a committal service at 2:00pm. Memorials may be made in the form of contributions to the Central Church of Christ, 2722 E. Oakland Ave., Johnson City, TN 37601.
