Gene Milhorn

Mr. Gene Milhorn went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 13, 2012. He was born July 23, 1939 and attended Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church. He was an office manager who loved God and people. Gene loved southern gospel music and he was a singer of The Carpenters Sons. He held revivals, loved going on mission trips, and was an active member in the Emmaus Community. Gene is survived by his loving wife Virginia Milhorn, of the home. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all of the people who touched Genes life. Memorials may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church, 1916 Highway 81 S, Jonesborough, TN 37659. The family will receive friends, Tuesday, July 17, 2012 from 6-8pm, at Morris Baker Funeral Home with services immediately following at 8pm, with Pastor Perry Cleek officiating.
