Geneva E. Berg

Mrs. Geneva E. Berg, 85 of Johnson City, passed away at her home, Thursday, June 21, 2012. She was a native of New Liberty, Missouri, born on March 15, 1927 and grew up there. She was a daughter of the late Alfred and Mollie Emaline Hurst Buckner. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Berg and by five siblings, Opal Otis, Ambia, Odna and Ola. She had moved to Minnesota in 1953 and moved to Flordia in 1961. She was married to George Berg at the Wedding Bell Chapel on August 5, 1950 in San Diego, California. On February 16, 1952 one son Gary was born at St. Vincents Hospital in Los Angles, California. Surviving family include; one son Gary and his wife Patricia; two grandchildren, George Berg and April Berg. Mrs. Berg wishes were to be cremated.
