Gerald Gerry Cole Miller

Gerald 'Gerry'? Cole Miller, age 77 of Bluff City, passed away Monday, May 14, 2012 in the Johnson City Medical Center. Ms. Miller was the daughter of the late William B. White and Wynona Taylor White. In addition to her parents, one son, Richard Cole; one step-grandchild, Dustin Miller preceded her in death. She was a native of Crossnore, North Carolina. Ms. Miller was a homemaker. Survivors include two daughters, Patricia A. Cole Thompson and her husband Joey of Piney Flats and Sharon Cole Humphreys and her Fiancée Ray; one son, Darrell E. Cole and his wife Angie of Richfield, North Carolina; one sister, DOrsay Pearson of Canton, Ohio; two brothers, Kenneth White and his wife Shirley of Canton, Ohio and Herman White and his wife Cookie of Canton, Ohio; six grandchildren, Terry Whitaker, Cari Ann Peters, Chad Cole, Ricky Cole, David Cole and Jenna Mae Brewer; nine great grandchildren, Cory Cunningham, Traci Cunningham, Jacob Cunningham, Melanie Cole, Hunter Whitaker, Angel Skeens, Jacob Skeens, Caleb Skeens, Samantha Brewer, Deacon Cole, Jayla Cole, Maralyn Cole, Haley Cole and Ricky Cole; three great great-grandchildren, Gabriel Cunningham, Kayleigh Cunningham and Preston Mclain. The funeral service for Ms. Gerald 'Gerry'? Cole Miller will be conducted at 8 PM Wednesday, May 16, 2012, in the Morris-Baker South Chapel. Brother Bill Younce will officiate. The graveside committal service will be conducted at 1 PM Thursday in the Washington County Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Chad Cole, David Cole, Ricky Cole, Hunter Whitaker, Jacob Cunningham and Cory Cunningham. Honorary pallbearer will be Terry Whitaker. Minister, family and friends are requested to meet at the funeral home by 12:15 PM Thursday to go in procession to the cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday prior to the service.
