Gladys Marie Moore, 73 of Johnson City, died Thursday, December 22, 2011 at her residence. She was a native of Johnson City, daughter of the late James Sanders Williams and Rachel Lee Norris Williams. Gladys was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Allen Moore, Sr. and a brother, Roscoe Grindstaff, Jr. and a sister, Ella Hamby. Survivors include: her three daughters, Angela Marie Moore, Amanda Nannette Loveless, Jamee Shane Moore; a son Robert Allen Moore, Jr., two sisters, Edna Mae Burleson and Barbara Williams; seven grandchildren, Gretchen, Summer, Candice, Bobby, Savannah Autumn Jade, Macee and Jordon; and ten great grandchildren, Jaimie, Bailey, Alleea, Casey, Peter, Elizabeth, Paisley, Elijah, Aiden and Miracle Bella; a son-in-law, Tommy Loveless; daughter-in-law, Donna Moore; grandsons-in-law Chad Runnion and Russell McCourry; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Anna Lee and Leona. A funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, December 27, 2011 in the South Chapel of the Morris-Baker Funeral Home at 8:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until time of service at 8:00 p.m. A committal service will be conducted on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at the Oak Hill Cemetery at 12:00 p.m. Active pallbearers will be: David McClaney, Tommy Hughes, Tommy Loveless, Chad Runnion, Russell McCourry and Bobby Allen Moore. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home to leave in procession by 11:30 a.m.
