Gregory Allen Treadway

Mr. Gregory Allen Treadway, age 52, of Johnson City died Sunday, September 19, 2010 quietly at his home following a brief illness. He was a graduate of Science Hill High School and attended ETSU. He was also a member of First Christian Church in Johnson City. Greg enjoyed working on cars, hunting, fishing and woodworking. He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Kincheloe Treadway. He is survived by his father, R.B. Treadway and wife Lois Treadway; two brothers, Bob Treadway and wife Sandy of Piney Flats and Mark Treadway and wife Pam of Jonesborough; special friend and caregiver, Cynthia Font. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins. The funeral services for Mr. Gregory Allen Treadway will be conducted at 2 PM Thursday, September 23, 2010 in the Morris-Baker South Chapel. Dr. Tim Wallingford will officiate. Music will be provided by Mike Imboden. The graveside committal service will follow in the Monte Vista Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2 PM Thursday prior to the service. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to First Christian Church Missions, 200 E. Mountcastle Drive, Johnson City, Tn. 37601.
