Helen Sue Rankin

Helen Sue Rankin, age 68, died Friday, August 12, 2016, at Bethany Nursing Home in Fargo, North Dakota. She was born on August 8, 1948, in Johnson City to parents Coy and Mary Street Pate. She graduated from Cloudland High School, Roan Mountain, Tennessee in 1967. She moved to Fargo, N.D. in 2012, and resided there until her death. She was preceded in death by her parents Coy and Mary Street Pate and a brother Darrell Ray Street. Survivors are sisters: Florence Holcombe of West Fargo, N. D., Penny Paul, Kingsport, TN, Anita Poore and husband Eric, Bristol, VA. Her brothers, Mark & wife Beth Paul, Greeneville, TN; Tommy & wife Julie Pate, Blountville, TN, and many nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be Wednesday, August 17, 2016, at 3:00 pm at Washington County Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, 113 Memory Gardens Road, Johnson City TN 37615. Mr. Lincoln Shelton will officiate, and Marie Hodge, auto harpist, will provide special music. Inurnment will be at Washington County Memory Gardens, Johnson City, TN.
