Henrietta Foust Rhodes

Henrietta Foust Rhodes, 81, of Gray, passed away, Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at the Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City.She was a native of Knox County and a daughter of the late, Walter and Mary Kate Dodson Foust. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Calvin B. Rhodes, Sr., two brothers, Jack Foust and Gordon Foust and by two grandsons.Mrs. Rhodes was a retired Registered Nurse having graduated from Knoxville General Hospital School of Nursing.Mrs. Rhodes was of the protestant faith.Survivors include; one daughter, Martie Bell of Knoxville; four sons, Calvin 'Butch'? Rhodes of Jonesborough, Bob Rhodes of Hixson, TN, Paul Rhodes of Delray Beach, FL and Gerry Rhodes of Piney Flats; two brothers, Charles Foust of McMinville, TN and Bill Foust of Hixson. Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, May 1, 2009 in the Washington County Memory Gardens. Rites will be officiated by the family. Pallbearers will be sons and family members. A procession will leave the funeral home by 10:30 am Friday. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00 until 9:00 pm Thursday.
