Dr. Hisanori “Nori” Hasegawa, 67, of Johnson City, TN, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2024, following a battle with colorectal cancer.
He was born on January 6, 1957 in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, Japan, to Shigeko Muramatsu Hasegawa and the late Tetsuo Hasegawa.
Dr. Hasegawa was a man deeply connected to his faith, which he trusted to lead him throughout his life. His dedication to his church and his belief in Christ’s providence led him to move to the United States in 1980.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by one daughter, Machiko Helen Hasegawa.
Alongside his mother, his memory is cherished by: his wife, Yoko Kagawa Hasegawa, and sister, Shiori Shibano.
