Howard Eugene Buddy Peterson

Mr. Howard Eugene 'Buddy'? Peterson, age 94, of Johnson City, passed away, Tuesday, November 5, 2013, in the Asbury Place, Johnson City. Mr. Peterson was a native and lifelong resident of Johnson City. He was the son of the late Zeb and Helen Barnett Peterson. In addition to his parents, two sisters, Edna Farnsworth and Carie Lee Peterson also preceded him in death. Mr. Peterson was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a self-employed furniture dealer. He was a member of the University Parkway Baptist Church. Survivors include his loving wife of sixty-eight years, Helen M. Peterson; one daughter, Mary Helen Harris and her husband Larry. The graveside committal service for Mr. Howard Eugene 'Buddy'? Peterson will be conducted at 2 PM Friday, November 8, 2013 in the Monte Vista Memorial Park. Dr. Michael Oaks will officiate. Minister, family and friends are requested to meet at the cemetery by 1:50 PM Friday.
