Immogene Jean Louise Conerly

Immogene ?Jean' Louise Conerly, 77, Johnson City, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Johnson City Medical Center. Jean was born in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana to the late James Curtis and Allie Brown. Jean was incredibly family oriented and loved her whole family dearly, especially her husband Steve, he was her world. Jean and Steve enjoyed traveling and taking trips together. She enjoyed playing bridge with her bridge family. Jean also enjoyed watching and attending ETSU basketball games. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by six siblings, Hubert, Rayford, Curtis, Michael and Arris ?Kit' Brown and Eveleen Humphreys. Survivors include: her husband of 59 years, Steve Conerly; three children, Ken Conerly and his wife Beverly, Kathy Cradic, and Kelly Nave and her husband Richard; five grandchildren, Mackenzie, J.T., Benjamin, Paige and Riley; one great grandchild, Abbi; three siblings, Shirley Robinson of Birmingham, AL, Carolyn Stewart of Nederland, TX, and Bobby Brown of Hemphill, TX; and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to especially thank Dr. Rachel Monderer for special care, support and kindness the last several years. The family of Jean Conerly will receive friends from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Central Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 12:30 pm with Dr. Ron Murray officiating. The committal service will immediately follow at Monte Vista Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Missions at Central Baptist Church, 300 N. Roan St., Johnson City, TN 37601.
