James Russell White

James R. White, 54, of Johnson City, died Saturday, November 17, 2012 at his residence. He was a native of Johnson City, son of the late Walter W. and Hazel Roach White. James was a maintenance employee at Pine Oaks Golf Course. He was a member of the Midway Presbyterian Church. In addition to his parents, a brother, Steve Roach and a sister, Joanne Carter, preceded him in death. Survivors include: his wife, Susan Pace White of the home; a son Sean Foster and wife Kristina of Johnson City; a daughter, Kassi White of the home; a granddaughter, Rylei Foster of Johnson City; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Joel and Pat White of Elizabethton, Harold and Barbara White of Sulpher Springs; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Mary and Duane Allen of Gray, Vanessa Huskins and Renee Adkins both of Johnson City; two special friends, Robert Davidson and Mike Davis both of Johnson City; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 8:00 pm in the Morris '? Baker Funeral Home South Chapel, under the direction of Pastor Ross Lindley. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until time of service at 8:00 pm.
