Jane Ann Case

Jane Ann Case, 67, of Piney Flats, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Franklin Woods Community Hospital. Her beloved husband of 45 years held her hand as she passed from this world and opened her eyes to look upon the face of Jesus, who stood with open arms to receive her into eternal glory. Jane was born in Johnson City and had been a resident of the Tri-Cities area for most of her life. She was a member of Tacoma Church of God. Jane was preceded in death by her mother, Tishie White Crumley; grandparents, Virgie and Toi White; and beloved niece, Rikki Mink. She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, Donald Case; a sister, Dottie De Waard and husband Floren; two sisters-in-law, Candy Mink and husband Rick, and Sharon Copas and husband Ron; as well as numerous beloved nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and her Pomapoo Bonnie Too. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the nurses and staff of the Franklin Woods Community Hospital ICU for their exceptional care. A funeral service is scheduled for 2 pm Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. The service will be officiated by Rev. Brice Casey. Following the funeral, family and friends will proceed to Monte Vista Memorial Park for a 3 pm committal service. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
