Janice Elaine Saylor, 56, of Johnson City, died Friday, September 7, 2012 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of Mobile, Alabama, daughter of the late Wayne Gears and Ouida Christine Brown Burr. She was a homemaker and attended the First Assembly of God of Elizabethton. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandparents Wiley T. and Allie Mae Brown. Survivors include: a son Billy Berry of Jonesborough; a daughter Cathy LeBlanc of Johnson City; two brothers Michael Gears of Alabama and Donald Gears of Indiana; two sisters Darlene Beaver of Johnson City and April Bardo of Elizabethton; four grandchildren Bethanie Joy LeBlanc, Christina Elaine Berry, Christopher Ray Berry and Alexzandra 'Allie'? Leigh LeBlanc; several nieces and nephews; the love of her life Kenneth Depew of Johnson City. A graveside service is scheduled for Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 2:00pm in the Washington County Memory Gardens under the direction of Pastor Kenny Jefferies. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at the Morris '? Baker Funeral Home. On Wednesday, family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home to leave in procession by 1:30pm. Active pallbearers will be: Billy Berry, Jerry Saults, Mike Lane, Randy Bardo, Brad Bardo and Cody Bardo.
