Jeff A. Groover

Jeff A. Groover, 57, of Gray, TN was called home to God on Saturday January 20, 2007. He was born in West Palm Beach, Florida and graduated from Cardinal Newman High School in 1967. Mr. Groover was extremely involved and dedicated to the baseball, football and basketball teams at Cardinal Newman, and lettered in baseball. He is preceded in death by: his parents, Julian Allan Groover, II and Mary Jane Groover; and a sister, Judith Ann Romano. Mr. Groover was presently employed by Gordon Food Service. He had dedicated over forty years of his life to working in all areas of the food service industry, which included serving as President of Smith, Richardson and Conroy of Riviera Beach,Florida. Mr. Groover was a member of the St. Mary?s Catholic Church in Johnson City, TN. Survivors include: his wife, Camellia A. 'Cammie' Davis Groover and daughter, Camellia J.'Sunny' Groover of Gray; and daughter, Nicole A. Groover of Cape Coral, Florida; one son , Joshua D. Groover ; one brother, Julian Allan and Joy Groover, III and wife,Joy, of West Palm Beach, Florida; two sisters, Jennifer Adele and husband Mike Gauger of Crawfordville, Florida and Jane Angela and husband Donald Zaniewski of Inverness, Florida; his mother-in-law, Edna Stone of Gray and several aunts, nieces and nephews.
