Jeffrey Allen Smith

Jeffrey Allen Smith, 64, of Rogersville, TN, died Monday, February 15, 2015 at the J.H.Quillen Veteran Affairs Medical Center. He was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Kittaning, son of James and Beatrice Febinger Smith of Kittaning, PA. After graduating from college, Jeffrey joined the U. S. Army and served during the Viet Nam era. He was a service technician in the computer industry. Jeffrey was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Smith. Survivors including his parents are: his wife, Debbie McGinnis Smith of the home; a son Jimmy Smith (wife Andrea) of Charlotte, NC; a daughter, Pam White (husband, Ron) of Anchorage, AK; a step-son, Larry Miller of Hampton, VA; a sister, Sandy Ashley (husband, Bob) of Kittaning, PA; eleven grandchildren; a former daughter-in-law, Germaine Azeez; numerous other relatives and friends. Jeffrey is to be cremated and be buried in a family plot next to his brother in Kittaning, PA at a later date. Memorials may be made to: Small Breed Rescue of East TN, P.O.
