Jennifer Kay Campbell, 57, of Watauga, passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Lifecare Center in Elizabethton after fighting a long battle with cancer. She was a daughter of the late James H. and Ida Berry Campbell. Jannifer was a 1972 graduate of Elizabethton High School. She then attended Elizabethton Vocational School and graduated as a Medical Transcriptionist. She was employed at the Johnson City Eye Hospital, North Side Hospital and then worked out of her home. Her hobbies were her photography and taking care of her animals. Survivors include her beloved son, Raymond James 'Jamie'? Saults; her beloved boyfriend, Ronnie Hurley; two nephews, Anthony Campbell and his wife Nakesha; two great nieces, Mary and Brie and a nephew Seth Kiser; one sister, Patti Campbell Kiser. Jennifer also had a very special friend, Sheila Williams and a special cousin, Nancy Perkins. Funeral services will be conducted from the Morris-Baker South Chapel at 7:00 pm on Saturday, August 25, 2012. Rev. Harold Maynes will officiate. Burial services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Sunday from Garland Cemetery in Elizabethton. Pallbearers will be Anthony Campbell, Seth Kiser, Robert Kiser, Chris Bradshaw, Norman Peters, Johnny Campbell, Tim Campbell and Randy Campbell. The family and friends will meet at the graveside. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 until 7:00 pm on Saturday.
