Jessie B. Watkins

Jessie B Watkins, 88, Johnson City, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016 at her residence. Jessie was born in Appalachia, VA to the late J.W. and Nancy Brickey Begley. She loved the University of Tennessee and all of their sports. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Charles Henry Watkins; and one son, Larry Watkins. Survivors include: four children, Michael L. Watkins, Sandra Brown, Beldon K. Watkins and Elroy Eugene Watkins; one sister, Shirley Evans; two brothers, Frank Begley and Don Begley; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; daughter-in-law, Penny Watkins; and special friend, Garry McKee. Special thank you to Mountain States Hospice for their great medical care. The family of Jessie B Watkins will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Morris-Baker.
