Joan Elizabeth Buckingham

Joan Elizabeth Buckingham, 76, of Johnson City died May 10, 2019 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of Johnson City, daughter of the late Charlie and Savannah Irene Shepard Casey.
Joan was a retired seamstress for the Denise Lingerie Company.
She was a longtime Free Will Baptist Church member and had attended several local churches.
In addition to her parents, a grandson, Matthew Buckingham had preceded her in death.
Survivors include: her husband Johnny Buckingham; her daughter, Patty Buckingham; son Mark Buckingham; a granddaughter, Lindsey; four sisters, Betty Sheets, Molly Doty, Brenda Honeycutt and Penny Boston; a brother, Jimmy Casey and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at Morris – Baker Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm in the Roselawn Memory Gardens under the direction of Rev. Kenneth Grindstaff.
