Judy Ann Arnold Webb, 81, of Johnson City, went to her Heavenly Home on Thursday, August 31, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born in Athens, Tennessee, a daughter of the late JD Arnold and Lilley Iva Arnold.

She will be remembered as a woman of faith, a loving wife, caring mother, and someone always ready for an adventure. She enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to live music, and traveling any chance she got.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Arnold.
Those left to cherish her memory include: father of her children, Lonnie Webb; children, Donna Webb and Roger Tinker, Joe Webb, Beverly Bennett and husband Scotty; honorary child, Judy Hill; siblings, James David Arnold, Dennis Arnold, and Janice Myer; grandchildren, Becky Bennett, Kristy Bennett and Manny Woods, Justin Holsclaw and wife Tabitha; greatgrandchildren, Memphis Scott, Tianna Holsclaw, Knox Bennett, and Eleanor Bennett; as well as several nieces and nephews.
The family of Judy Webb will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at Morris-Baker Funeral Home.
