Karen F. Dugger

Karen F. Dugger, 58, Johnson City, died Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a Washington County native and the daughter of the late Ralph L. and Anna Lee Higgins Dugger. Karen was employed by Burlington Industries until the closure of their Johnson City facility. She was currently employed by Walgreens Pharmacy, Johnson City. In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Dale Dugger. Karen is survived by friends Carolyn Oaks of Johnson City and Janice Donnelly of Johnson City. The friends of Karen Dugger will gather for a visitation between the hours of 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM Saturday, January 4, 2014, at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday, January 5, 2014 in Roselawn Memorial Park. Rev. Bob Edmonds will officiate. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the service. Special thanks are extended to the physicians, nurses, and staff of the 2nd floor and the ICU of the Johnson City Medical Center for their care for Karen.
