Kathy Lynne Hall

Kathy Lynne Hall, 61, of Johnson City died Friday, January 4, 2019 at her home. She was a native of Johnson City and the daughter of the late Elmer and Polly Greene Hall. Kathy served as the manager of Shoe Carnival for many years and attended Fountain of Life Bible Church. She was a member of Johnson City Elks Lodge #825 and was a long-time key supporter of their annual shoe drive. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Billy Hall, Michael Hall, and Ricky Hall; sisters Vicki Howren, Debbie Hall, Sandy Whaley, and Refonda Rowe; and great granddaughters Ella Bishop and Layla Bishop. She is survived by her spouse, Johnny Fair; daughter and son-in-law Kelli Farthing and Michael; son and daughter-in-law, Chad Price and Shannon; brothers Junior Hall, Rodney Hall, and Randy Hall; sisters Carolyn Davidson, Linda Church, and Connie Ayers; grandsons Harold Bishop III and Jeremy Rockett; great granddaughters Justice Rockett and Makenna Bishop; and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kathys name to Haven of Mercy Ministries, PO Box 5490, ?Johnson City, TN 37602 or to the Washington County/Johnson City Animal Shelter, 3411 N. Roan St, Johnson City, TN 37601.
